Job Description
Freelove Studio Ltd is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and develop the company’s marketing and promotional activities. The role will support business growth by increasing brand visibility, promoting retail and online sales, and strengthening the company’s presence within London’s vintage and sustainable fashion market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s retail activities and product offerings.
• Manage digital marketing channels including TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (Rednote) to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities for the Brick Lane retail location, including product launches, styling events, and creative collaborations.
• Create marketing content to showcase vintage collections, upcycled garments, and designer collaboration projects.
• Develop and manage bilingual marketing content where appropriate to engage different customer groups.
• Monitor marketing performance and analyse customer engagement, sales trends, and competitor activity.
• Support the development and promotion of the company’s online store and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, influencers, and creative partners to develop marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across retail, online, and promotional channels.
Person Specification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand promotion, preferably within fashion, retail, or creative industries.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (Rednote).
• Strong content creation and digital marketing skills, including social media campaign management.
• Ability to produce written marketing content in both English and Chinese.
• Understanding of East Asian culture and fashion trends, particularly within youth and vintage fashion markets.
• Ability to analyse marketing data and adapt strategies to improve engagement and sales performance.
